1 non-stick cooking spray
3 1/2 cup(s) vanilla wafers
1/2 cup(s) peanuts, unsalted dry roast
1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted
20 Oz apple pie filling
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® More Fruit Pineapple Spread

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Place wafers, one cup at a time, in a plastic food bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Place crushed wafers and nuts in a medium-size bowl; stir to combine.

Add butter and stir until mixture is moist and well blended.

Press crust mixture in the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.

Arrange apple slices in rows on crust.

Heat pineapple preserve in a microwave-safe dish for 1 minute on high power.

Use a brush to spread preserves over apples.
