  • Cooking: Keep frozen until ready to cook. No thawing is necessary. Conventional Oven: preheat oven to 375 degrees F; arrange frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts with rib meat in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan; bake uncovered for 75 to 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and the juices run clear. Grill: preheat a gas grill to medium-high; place chicken on the grill in a single layer; close grill, cover, and grill 30 minutes; turn chicken; close grill cover and grill 20 to 30 minutes or until done (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F); insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product; continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Do not cook this item in the microwave or toaster oven. Due to variations in equipment, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.
