  • For best results when breading or marinating Tyson individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.

    Stove Top: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. Flip chicken, cover pan and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen fillets for 40 minutes or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.
