Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp ground cumin
2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tsp garlic, minced
2 Tsp unsalted butter
4 calamari steaks, 5 ounce portions

Instructions

Place cumin, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and butter in a zip-close bag.

Add calamari steaks, seal bag and turn to coat steaks well. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.

Heat grill to medium-high.

Drain marinade and place steaks on hot grill, but avoid bringing into contact with flame. Grill 5 minutes or until done.
