Instructions

1
Place a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2
Add milk, corn syrup, vanilla and white chocolate and stir to combine. Heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming and chocolate is melted but milk is not simmering, about 7 minutes.
3
Meanwhile, in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment or in a medium metal bowl, combine cream and powdered sugar. Whip/whisk about 2 minutes or until whipped cream is fluffy. Do not over whip.
4
Divide whipped cream equally into 3 small bowls. Add food coloring (according to package directions) to create pink, purple and blue or your favorite colors. Dollop all 3 colors of whipped cream into the same pastry bag with a star tip. Set aside briefly.
5
Using a clear mug or glass, coat the rim with vanilla frosting. Dip glass into Jimmies and spin to ensure all of frosting is covered.
6
Carefully pour hot chocolate into prepared mug/glass to within about 2 inches of rim. Top generously with tricolored whipped cream.
7
Garnish with additional Jimmies and marshmallows as desired.
8
Chef's Note: As whipped cream melts and is stirred into hot chocolate, it will change colors.
