1 large white onion, thinly sliced or julienned
1 bunch of mustard greens, roughly chopped
3 bay leaves
14 Oz Green Earth Organic Light Red Kidney Beans
6 jalapeño sausages, sliced thin or roughly chopped
2 Qt vegetable stock

Instructions

Place onions, mustard greens, bay leaves and beans on bottom of crock pot. Add sausage and broth.

Set crockpot to low heat and cook 6 to 8 hours or until beans are tender. Season to taste and garnish as desired.
