Recipe makes 10 Servings

3 cans of navy beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup(s) crumbled feta
1 cup(s) arugula, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red onions, diced small
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Lemon Pepper Panko Breadcrumbs

Drain and rinse the beans and set into a bowl.
Add the basil, feta, arugula, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice and oregano to the beans in a large bowl.
Toss everything together and just before serving sprinkle lemon pepper breadcrumbs over salad.
Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
