15 Oz Hill Country Fare Fat Free Refried Beans
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Sabor Traditional Sliced Jalapeños, choppped
3 Oz Hill Country Fare Fried Onions
12 H-E-B Bake Shop Wheat Tortillas
16 Oz H-E-B Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine the refried beans, jalapeños and fried onions in a bowl; set mixture aside.

Place 3 tortillas on each sheet pan.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese on each tortilla.

Spread 1/4 cup bean mixture over each quesadilla.

Top quesadillas with 1/4 cup of cheese and a tortilla.

Spray the tortilla top with nonstick cooking spray and bake in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven, turn quesadillas over and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.

Remove from oven, place on cutting surface and let cool for 5 minutes.

Cut each into 8 wedges, arrange on a platter and serve warm.
