Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb lean ground beef
1 McCormick Chili Seasoning
1/2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, chopped
14 1/2 Oz tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup(s) water
2 cup(s) H-E-B Elbow Macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

In a large skillet brown meat.

Drain fat.

Stir in chili seasoning mix, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and water.

Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.

Add cooked macaroni and simmer 5 minutes.

Before serving, top with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
