Grilled Tropical-Style Mangos

3 fresh mangos
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Crema Fresca
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Coconut

Instructions

Remove skin of mango, cut off bottom then slice in half and remove seed.

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.

Spray a mesh grilling rack with nonstick cooking spray and set on a baking sheet.

Place mango halves, cut side up, on the prepared grilling rack. Brush each mango with crema fresca and 2-3 tablespoons coconut.

Place grilling rack with the mangos on the grill, close the lid, and grill for 10 minutes or until coconut begins to turn golden.

Place the grilled mangos on a serving platter, drizzle with 1 teaspoon crema fresca, and serve.
