12 Oz H-E-B Queso Panela
10 H-E-B Yellow Corn Tortillas
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Medium Salsa

Instructions

Slice cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Spray tortillas with nonstick spray to help crisp the tortilla and prevent sticking.

Fry 1 slice of cheese next to 1 tortilla in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Turn over when cheese is golden and tortilla is hot.

When second side is golden, place cheese on tortilla and top with 1 teaspoon picante sauce.

Fold and serve immediately.
