1 H-E-B Midtown Pizza Crust
3 Tbsp Cosi Come Semi Dried Red Datterino Tomatoes in Oil, tomatoes only
4 Oz Galbani Mozzarella Fresca, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Place pizza crust on pizza pan and with a spoon slightly smash and evenly spread tomatoes, then layer mozzarella slices and basil over crust.

Bake pizza directly on oven rack 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Use pizza pan to remove pizza from oven.

Sprinkle pizza with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste before slicing and serving.
