Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

3 Tbsp almond butter
3 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B More Fruit Four Berry Spread
1/2 cup(s) low fat granola

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine almond butter and coconut oil in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat until fluffy.

Add sugars and salt, mix until well combined.

Gradually add flour (reserving 1/3 cup) and mix until a dough ball forms. Press dough into the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven and spread preserves over crust.

Combine reserved flour with granola and sprinkle over preserves.

Bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool bars completely before cutting and serving.
