Description
Medium brick red color. The aromas showcase ripe cherry vanilla and allspice with a touch of clove. The palate is silky with depth - flavors of cassis, earth and tobacco finishes elegantly with panforte spice, dried cherry and subtle leather texture wrapped in lactone.
This wine pairs exceptionally with mesquite grilled USDA 30 day, dry aged Prime New York Steak served with sautéed haricot vert and garnished with black sesame seeds. A nice vegetarian option is a mushroom sauté with a shallot Buerre Blanc.
