Harvested in September, grapes were picked between 23.0-24.5 brix and fermented in stainless steel to preserve our Sauvignon Blanc's distinctive aromas and bright flavors. Crafted from our Vigilance Vineyards in the Red Hills of Lake County to create complex, balanced wine with fresh melon, zesty lemongrass and lively citrus flavors.
