The chamomile in this tea comes from organic and Fair Trade Certified farms in Egypt, where some sources suggest the practice of decorating and displaying Christmas trees actually may have originated. In pre-Christian Egypt, it was common to celebrate Winter Solstice with palm branches - a symbol of the spring to come.
