  • For starting locks: Apply to damp section hair. Place the comb in the section and twist clockwise to form a coil. Continue throughout the entire head. Once complete, sit under dryer until hair is dry. Use the strengthener on the scalp. To maintain locks: After shampoo, apply Lock It Up to the unlocked hair near the scalp. Use fingertips or palm rolling technique to twist new growth clockwise. Use a clip to hold the section in place. Once complete, sit under dryer until hair is dry. Use the strengthener on the scalp. Lock It Up also stops frizz. As a styling gel: Use on wet, damp or dry natural hair to define curl patterns and control frizz. Use on transitioning and chemically processed hair to slick back or into an up-do.
