Enriched Egg Noodles (Semolina [Wheat], Egg, Egg Whites, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Onions (Dried), Carrots (Dried), Peas (Dried), Tomatoes (Dried), Celery (Dried), Contains Less than 2% of: Garlic (Dried), Spice, Sulfites.Allergens and safety warnings
Do not purchase if open or torn.- You Will Need: 1 lb ground beef; 1 carton (32 oz) Swanson Beef Broth; 3 cups water; 1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 pouch Swanson Homemade Soup Maker; 1/2 to 1 tsp salt (optional). To Prepare - (Soup mix must be cooked for food safety): Step 1: Cook the beef in a 4-qt saucepan over medium-high heat until well browned and pour off fat. Step 2: Stir in the broth, water, tomatoes and soup mix and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 min. or until the noodles are tender. Season with the salt. Top with black pepper and fresh parsley, if desired. This soup mix makes a thick, heart soup, so feel free to add more broth if you prefer a thinner consistency. Recommend use by date on container. Discard unused portion of mix. Follow cooking instructions on package. Store in a cool, dry place.
