  • You’ll Need: 1 egg or flax egg. 1/2 cup melted butter or dairy-free alternative. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Up to 1 cup of whatever makes you smile. Preheat: Oven to 350 degrees F. Stir: Cookie mix, melted butter, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl until soft dough forms. Mix: In your favorite ingredients! Check out the cookies shown here for inspiration or create your own! Scoop: Rounded teaspoons of dough. Roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet (makes approximately 24). Bake: Until edges are light golden brown (approximately 10-12 minutes). Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from sheet. No refrigeration necessary.
