  • 1. Bring 1-1/2 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add Hunter's Sauce Mix and stir with a wire whisk until smooth; cook for one minute. Tip: You can enhance the flavor of this gravy mix by adding your favorite ingredient. For example: heavy cream, sour cream, red wine, chopped parsley, dried cranberries, or lingonberries. Recipe Variation Hunter Sauce Budapest Style: 1. Wash and hull one red pepper, diced. 2. Saute al dente in on tbsp of cooking oil. 3. Add 1-1/2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add one package of Maggi Hunter Sauce Mix and stir well with wire whisk. Heat one minute on medium heat.
