  • Microwave: Microwave (1100w): On a microwave safe plate, cook 3 meatballs on high for 2 min., rotating halfway through. Let stand for 2 minutes, then pair with your favorite sauce after cooking. Oven (Worth the Wait!): 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place meatballs on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 17 min. Then, pair with your favorite sauce. Cooking Instructions: From Frozen. Cook all frozen food to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying. Keep frozen.
