  • Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Stovetop (Most Delicious!): Saute sausages in 1T vegetable oil (For best results, use refined coconut oil) in a non-stick pan on medium-low for 7 min., turning regularly. For a crispy outside, finish on medium-high heat. Oven (Worth the Wait!): 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place sausages on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 11 min. Turn 2-3 times throughout cooking. Microwave (1100W): On a microwave safe plate, cook sausages on high for 45 seconds, flip, and microwave for an additional 45 seconds. Cook all frozen food to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying. Keep frozen.
