Cookies with a Cause: Giving back is an important part of our mission, and we proudly support the Folk Artist's Foundation, which provides exposure, resources and encouragement to artists working in the folk art tradition. In 2003, Immaculate set the world record for baking the world's largest cookie - measuring 102 feet in diameter, and sales of the cookie raised money and awareness for the Foundation. Coconuts - Nina Spencer. Nina is a self-taught folk artist born and raised in Louisiana and living most of her adult life in Delaware. She has been painting for over 20 years, often capturing images generated from stories of the past, folklore, and a lot of a child's imagination. This style of painting she finds often provides a sense of joy and happiness. Her collectors often times say that viewing her art, with its vivid colors and reflections from a child's perspective, is delightful. We'd love to hear from you!

Contains coconut, wheat and egg ingredients.- Please do not eat raw dough. Keep refrigerated. We know it's tempting - but please do not eat raw cookie dough. 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake 7-11 minutes, or until top edges are dark golden brown. Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
