Ingredients
Water, Tofu (Water, Soybeans, Calcium Sulfate, Glucono Delta Lactone), Yam Flour, Calcium Hydroxide.
Drain and rinse thoroughly. Parboil for 2-3 mins. (or microwave for 1 min.) to reduce the authentic aroma. Dry very well and use as you would regular cooked noodle. Keep refrigerated.
