1. Preheat Oven to 450°F.
2. Place H-E-B® Cheese sticks on foil-lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle oven rack.
3. Bake 5 minutes; turn H-E-B® Cheese sticks over and bake 4 additional minutes.
Optional: After baking, move baking sheet to top oven rack and broil 1 to 2 minutes if crisper texture or additional browning is desired.
4. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
1. Fill deep-fryer with oil according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Heat oil to 350°F.
3. CAREFULLY place 4 to 5 frozen H-E-B® Cheese Sticks in fryer, following manufacturer's instructions. Be careful. Ice crystals may cause oil to spatter.
4. Fry for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
5. CAREFULLY remove H-E-B® Cheese Sticks from fryer.
6. Drain on paper towels.
7. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
