    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: POMPANO. Caution: Contains bones. Keep refrigerated.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly season fish with salt and pepper on the inside and out, or rub with mild herbs and garlic if desired. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes in the center of the oven. Remove at an internal temperature of 150°F and the color turns from translucent to opaque. Other options: Grill in basket or pan fry.

    To serve, scrape away small bones from the top and bottom of the fish. Split top fillet in half lengthwise and carefully lift each piece away from the bone cage. Grasp tail and lift entire bone cage including the head. Scrape away any remaining bones.
