  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place jalapeño poppers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast uncovered in center of the oven for 20 - 35 minutes, depending on size of poppers. Remove when a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 160°F. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

    Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place poppers on grill about 4" above medium heat (375°F). Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
