Do not store in interior of car (including glove compartment and inside hatchbacks). Temperatures inside car can exceed 120 degrees F (49 degrees C). Store outside passenger area of car secured in spare tire well or trunk. Do not use with any other sealants. Do not use on motorcycle tires; failure could cause loss of control. Do not use on bicycle tires. If using Z-rated tires be sure to check tire pressure before driving. Never weld on a rim. Welding on a rim with the tire mounted could cause the tire to explode regardless of whether tire inflator is used. Welded and repaired rims are unsafe. Keep out of reach of children. Note: Fix-A-Flat provides a quick emergency repair. Treated tires should be repaired by a qualified a the earliest opportunity to ensure safety and proper cleaning of tire pressure sensor if so equipped. We recommend treated tire be repaired within 3 days or 100 miles after use of Fix-A-Flat, whichever comes first. Advise tire professional of product use. Deflate tires containing repair sidewall or severe damage, cracks in wheels or rim leaks. If temperature is below 32 degrees F/0 degrees C, warm can using vehicle's interior heater vent before use. If Fix-A-Flat is spilled on paint, wash off immediately with water.
  • Directions For Use (Read Warnings Before Use): Make sure tire is fully deflated before use. Rotate puncture to 6 o'clock position; shake can vigorously for 30 seconds; tightly twist hose onto valve; remove tamper evident tab; hold can upright and press yellow button down. Do not shake can while dispensing; dispense until entire can is empty and tire rim is lifted off the ground; immediately drive 2-4 miles to allow tire pressure to increase. If needed, inflate to manufacturer recommended pressure. Have tire repaired by tire professional within 3 days or 100 miles.
