We started our mix line in 1997 with our Chinese Five Spice Gingerbread Mix. Since then we've been doing great things with special ingredients and simple mixing techniques. Sweet and floral Meyer Lemon flavor is combined with wild blueberries and a special blend of other ingredients in this pancake and waffle mix. All you need is milk, eggs & butter.     Ingredients

    All-Natural: Unbleached, Unbromated Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cane Sugar, Powdered Buttermilk (Milk), Lemon Flavor, Dried Blueberries, Dried Cranberries, Baking Powder, Kosher Salt, Baking Soda.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: milk, wheat. Produced in a factory that also uses egg, soy, tree nuts.
  • To Make the Batter: Whisk together 1 egg, 2/3 cup milk and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Add 1 cup of the dry mix to a separate bowl. Add the liquid ingredients and stir together until just blended. Add a little extra milk if the batter is too thick. Serves 2-3. For Pancakes: Preheat griddle over medium heat until a water droplet sizzles when flicked onto surface. Grease surface lightly and ladle pancakes about 1 inch apart. Cook until bubbles forming on top of pancakes begin to pop, 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 minute more. For Waffles: Using an electric waffle iron, follow manufacturer's instructions. Serving Suggestions: These are great with maple syrup and they are over the top with toasted pecans and bits of candied ginger! Once opened, store in a cool dark place for up to 3 months.
