After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate: Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Everybody loves pizza, but not everyone can eat pizza with cheese. Some people are lactose intolerant, some are trying to cut down their cholesterol, and some simply prefer not to eat dairy cheese. Amy's Soy Cheeze Pizza is made with the same light, tender organic crust as our other pizzas, and covered with the same delicious organic pizza sauce. Only the cheese is different. Instead of dairy cheese, we've used a high protein, no cholesterol, mozzarella-style soy-based cheeze - smooth melting and tasty. A favorite with kids and anyone who enjoys Amy's Mac and Soy Cheeze. Everyone in our family loves pizza: for dinner, lunch, snacks, parties - even for breakfast. And everyone has a favorite. Amy and her friends like their pizzas with just cheese & sauce, and so did her grandma Clarice. Her dad goes for a spinach topping. Her mom & grandma Nonny prefer a cheeseless pizza with lots of veggies. So we decided to offer a variety of toppings. One thing everyone agreed on was that the crust had to be excellent. Not hard, soggy, or thin like cardboard. So we created a crust that is light, tender and tasty. The dough is made from organic Old Mill flour with a touch of olive oil to give it flavor and tenderness. Then it's handstretched and baked. After that we carefully add the toppings in perfect proportion to the crust. 0 g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. No GMOs - No bioengineered. Certified organic by QAI.     Contains milk protein. Contains wheat, soy and milk proteins. Individuals with Food Allergies: This product is made in a facility that proceses foods containing milk, tree nuts and seeds (including sunflower seeds). Amy Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.
  • Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes. If a softer crust is desired, place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. These pizzas are pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Oven temperatures vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
