2 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp serranos, thinly sliced
2 Lb ground pork
2 Tsp Central Market Organics Hot Thai Seasoning, plus more as needed
1/3 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1 Tbsp soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
10 Oz broccoli slaw
4 Eva Butter Lettuce Hearts, leaves separated

Set a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil to get hot, add garlic, ginger and serranos. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add pork, Thai seasoning, green onions and soy sauce, stir fry until pork is slightly browned, add broccoli slaw and cook until just soft, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
Turn off heat, season to taste with more soy sauce as needed. Serve pork in lettuce leaves wrap and garnish with your favorite condiments.
