1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Golden Raisins
1/2 cup(s) water
2 Tbsp Central Market Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp sweet onion, chopped
2 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Almond Slivers
5 Oz Central Market Fresh Baby Spinach

Combine raisins and 1/2 cup water in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave on high power for 1 minute; remove from microwave, and set aside for 15 minutes to plump raisins.
Heat a large, heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, then add olive oil and onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add garlic and almond slivers, and stir-fry 30 more seconds; add baby spinach, and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove from heat, and add the plumped, drained raisins.
