Unsaved Sparkling Apple Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Chardonnay, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Medium fresh Fuji Apples, sliced
  • 1 Fresh ginger root, 1-inch piece, peeled
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle Sparkling Apple Juice, chilled

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or jar, combine wine, bourbon, maple syrup, apples, ginger and cinnamon sticks. Cover and chill a minimum of one hour to allow flavors to develop.
  2. Add sparkling apple juice right before serving.
  3. Serve chilled or over ice.
