Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 sesame rolls
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs, any style
1 Lb pork milanesa
1/4 cup(s) canola oil, as needed for pan frying
4 slices H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Jalapeño Jack Thin Sliced Cheese
1 cup(s) avocado, mashed
15 fl oz Hill Country Fare Mild Enchilada Sauce, warmed
1 cup(s) shredded cabbage
1/4 cup(s) cilantro

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut rolls in half and toast in oven. Remove and set aside.
Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Season pork to taste with salt and pepper then press firmly into bread crumbs.
Set a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear pork 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown on both sides.
Once all pork has been browned, remove to a sheet pan and top with cheese. Place in oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
To build cemitas, spread a layer of mashed avocado on bottom half of rolls, spoon enchilada sauce over avocado (or serve on the side if desired) then top with pork, cabbage, cilantro and a bit more sauce. Add top half of rolls and enjoy.
