- 1 1/2 cup(s) Fresh, vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 each Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh lime, juiced
- 2 each Large avocados, peeled, seeded, sliced and chopped
- 16 oz tortilla chips
Instructions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir gently.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
- Serve with corn tortilla chips.
