Recipe makes 6 Servings

1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 cup(s) white onions, diced
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup(s) carrots, diced
1 cup(s) celery, diced
2 Tsp dried basil
2 Tsp dried oregano
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 cup(s) Orti Di Calabria Marinara Sauce
30 Oz cannellini beans, drained but not rinsed
1 Qt vegetable stock

Instructions

Set instapot to sauté setting, add olive oil and allow to get hot. Add onions, garlic, carrots and celery. Sauté until onions just start to turn translucent.

Add basil, oregano, bay leaves, marinara sauce, beans and vegetable stock. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place lid on instapot, set to soup setting and time for 25 minutes. Follow instructions for venting pot when soup is finished cooking.

Season to taste and serve over pasta if desired.
