4 cod filets
1 Hill Country Fare Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1 Tsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend
2 lemons, sliced

Instructions

Spray both sides of fish with cooking spray and season with Mrs. Dash.

Place in a Pyrex baking dish and grate fresh lemon zest over fish.

Bake fish at 425°F for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over fish.

Serve with brown rice and broccoli if desired.
