In a bowl combine chopped mangos, strawberries, and orange and lime juices. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow fruit to macerate (this can be done a day in advance).
Preheat grill to medium low heat. Spray grill liberally with any non-stick spray. Lay pieces of angel food cake on grill for 1-2 minutes or until they just have grill marks.
Place each piece of angel food cake on a plate and top with the macerated fruit and whipped cream. Sprinkle with toasted coconut to garnish.
