16 Oz Mantova Cara Mamma Potato Gnocchi
1 Tbsp Rustico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
4 Oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 large eggs, yolks only
1/4 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
1/3 cup(s) Grana Padano cheese, grated

Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add in frozen gnocchi and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

To make the sauce, place a large non-stick saute pan on medium-low heat and add olive oil and garlic, and let sweat 1 to 2 minutes.

Add heavy cream, Gorgonzola and egg yolks. Whisk to combine.

Bring sauce to a simmer and stir often to prevent burning.

Add gnocchi and toss to coat.

Remove to a serving dish and garnish with fresh basil and Grana Padano cheese.
