1 Tbsp fresh lemon zest
2 cloves of garlic, minced or zested, approximately 2 tsp
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Season to taste and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Serve over grilled vegetables or grilled meats. Keeps up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
