Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp salted butter
16 Oz H-E-B Fajita Blend Vegetables
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Lb stew meat
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp Fiesta Carne Guisada Seasoning
2 cup(s) H-E-B Beef Broth

In a large non-stick pot or sauté pan over medium heat, add butter, fajita vegetables, salt, pepper and meat. Brown 5 to 7 minutes.
Add flour, carne guisada seasoning and stir quickly then add beef broth.
Simmer over low for 2.5 hours or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn't stick.
Serve with tortillas as breakfast tacos or a quick dinner.
