Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tsp black pepper, plus more as needed
1/4 cup(s) honey
1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup(s) water
1 1/4 Tsp cornstarch
2 Lb chicken breasts, boneless skinless, diced into approximately 1 inch chunks
3/4 cup(s) rice flour, plus more as needed to coat
2 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1/3 cup(s) green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnishing

In a bowl, combine pepper, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, water and cornstarch; whisk and set aside.
Place a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
In a bowl coat chicken with rice flour and a pinch of salt and pepper; toss and sift off any remaining flour.
Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to pan.
Place coated chicken, garlic and green onions in hot oil. Stir-fry until chicken is crispy on all sides and fully cooked, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Add honey mixture to same pan, whisk and continue to cook until nicely thickened.
Return chicken to pan and toss to coat thoroughly with sauce. Season to taste and serve over rice or vegetables and garnish with more green onions if desired.
