Creamy Cilantro Chicken

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tsp olive oil
1 Lb H-E-B Thin Sliced Chicken Breast, cut into strips
1 Tsp garlic powder
10 1/2 Oz broccoli florets
8 Oz Dip it Cilantro Labneh
14 .1000 Oz H-E-B Cauli Rice, two packages

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with garlic powder.
Add chicken to pan and cook for several minutes until well browned.
Add broccoli and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Next add in labneh, reduce heat and bring to a simmer.
Heat cauli rice according to package directions.
To serve, divide cauli rice evenly among four bowls.
Top with chicken broccoli mixture and serve.
Chef's Note: Garnish with additional labneh as desired.
