Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe makes 10 Servings

20 mushrooms
1/2 cup(s) low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon, zested
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
3 Tbsp green onions
4 Oz H-E-B Texas Farm Raised Shrimp, cleaned and cooked
4 Oz jumbo lump crab meat
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese

Remove stems and any excess dirt from mushroom caps with a damp cloth. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, lemon zest and juice, and green onion together with a hand mixer. Whip on medium speed until smooth.
Carefully fold in shrimp and crab.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place mushrooms onto a foil lined baking sheet and spoon seafood mixture into the mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Let caps sit 5 minutes before serving.
