Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Lb H-E-B Seasoned Beef Skirt Steak, sliced thin into strips
2 Tbsp granulated garlic powder
2 Tbsp ginger, ground
2 Tbsp Kikkomon Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup(s) shredded carrots
1 blank iceberg lettuce leaves
1/2 cup(s) green onion, chopped

Heat a large skillet over high, then add oil and beef.
Stir-fry until brown then add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, carrots and 2 tablespoons water. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
Lay out lettuce leaves on a serving tray and fill each with beef mixture and garnish with green onion.
