1 Central Market Italian Pizza Crust
2 cup(s) arugula
2 Tbsp Central Market Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for pizza crust
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1 cup(s) Boar's Head Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
6 prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shaved for topping
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Let pizza crust thaw according to directions.

Combine arugula, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Toss to coat and set aside.

Brush a little olive oil evenly over pizza crust then sprinkle with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Spread prosciutto evenly over cheese. Bake according to pizza crust package directions.

Remove from oven and spread dressed arugula salad evenly over pizza.

Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
