- 12 each chicken potstickers, approximately 4 per person or more as needed
- 9 3/5 oz H-E-B Chopped Salad Kit - Sweet Thai, 1 bag
- 1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) fresh radishes, thinly sliced, plus more as needed
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce, as needed for seasoning
Instructions
- Cook potstickers according to package instructions for pan frying. When done, remove from pan and allow to cool to warm before proceeding.
- To assemble salad, place bag salad along with all components into a bowl then add dressing, potstickers, green onions, radishes and lime juice.
- Toss everything together and season to taste with soy sauce as needed.
