Unsaved Watermelon Mangonada

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Tamarindo Chamoy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tajin twist
  • 1 cup Fresh watermelon, cut into 1 inch coins
  • 2 cups Mango chamoy sherbet
  • 2 Strawberry fruit roll-ups
  • 3 Mi Tienda Red Candy Belts

Instructions

  1. Place two 12 ounce glass cups in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Once the cups are cold, start building mangonadas by spreading chamoy on the inside of each cup.
  3. Use a little sweet and sour chili powder on top of the chamoy.
  4. In each cup add 1/2 of the watermelon coins, a scoop of mango chamoy sherbet, chamoy, sweet and sour chili powder, sherbet, and top with a strawberry fruit roll-up.
  5. Garnish with the red candies. Using a spoon, hit the top of the fruit roll-up until it breaks. Enjoy cold.
  6. Chefs tip: I used a pint mason jar but you can use whatever cup you have or prefer.
