  • 1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Organics Protein Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Plain, (or yogurt of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Add juice to blender. Add frozen fruit and yogurt. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
  2. Note: You can add a scoop of protein powder, ground flaxseed, or other healthy nutrition boosters if desired.
