Unsaved Vanilla Bean & Chocolate Chip Cookie Coolers

Ingredients

  • 12 Baking Cups
  • 24 Chewy chocolate chip cookies
  • 3 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin pan with 12 extra large aluminum foil baking cups.
  2. Place an H-E-B chewy chips galore cookie in each foil-baking cup.
  3. Scoop 1/4 cup H-E-B Creamy Creations vanilla bean ice cream over each cookie. Top each ice cream filled cup with another H-E-B chewy chips galore cookie and gently press cookie over ice cream.
  4. Cover pan with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for 30 minutes or more. Once cookie coolers are frozen, place in a large freezer storage bag.
